Windshield Technician

We’re building a network of mobile windshield technicians across California, Arizona, Texas and Florida: skilled, independent professionals who want flexible work, competitive pay and a growing brand behind them.

The role

• Replace windshields and door glass at customers’ homes and workplaces across your area
• Deliver quality workmanship and the kind of customer experience people recommend
• Cover real ground: this is mobile work, and you’ll drive to reach each job

What we’re looking for

• At least a year of vehicle glass replacement or repair experience
• A valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused
• Your own setup: tools, van and equipment ready to go
